MISISONAL VISION
A Reaching Eswatini's Vulnerable and Digitally Connected

While Zambia has a strong Christian majority, many believers lack a “sufficient and contextualized discipling strategy.” Rural youth, women and girls, and emerging Muslim populations in urban Lusaka and the Copperbelt remain underserved by traditional in-person ministry. A digital approach meets them where they are — providing a flexible, accessible platform for discipleship that transforms passive believers into active disciple-makers.

Data-Driven Accountability

A digital dashboard tracks key metrics across all channels in real time — gospel exposures, decisions for Christ, and follow-up engagement. Quarterly reviews drive continuous improvement, and ten short plus two documentary-style testimony videos are produced annually. The national CCC office provides oversight and alignment with national strategy. Urban and rural outreach metrics are tracked separately to ensure Zambia's geographic breadth is served equitably.

Chanda Mwila
25 · Lusaka · Women's Healing Circle Facilitator
Chanda was a regular churchgoer who described her faith as something she wore on Sundays and left at the door. After escaping an abusive relationship and moving to a women's shelter in Lusaka, she stumbled onto a solar audio Bible devotional series — her phone screen cracked, the shelter Wi-Fi unreliable, but the audio came through clearly. Over several weeks she listened to stories of healing and redemption in Nyanja, a language that felt like home. "A local missionary visited us on Thursdays," she said. "She didn't just bring a pamphlet — she sat with us, listened, and walked us through Scripture like it was written for us." Chanda gave her life to Christ and completed digital missionary training six months later. "The message came to me where I was — just with my phone," she says with a smile.
"I had heard about Jesus in church for years. But it was through a cracked phone in a shelter that I finally met Him." Today, Chanda leads a women's healing circle serving twelve women across two Lusaka shelters.
